چکیده

The problem of selection breakthrough inventions to be commercialized (SBIC) is significantly important for innovative enterprises. As the processes commercializing are time-consuming and high-cost, enterprises have tradeoff among all possible determine which should commercialized. SBIC refers a process in multiple experts invited evaluate potential from aspects based on their assessments, chosen. Hence, essence consistent with attribute group decision-making (MAGDM). This paper proposes MAGDM-based model help conduct SBIC. In our model, probabilistic dual Pythagorean hesitant fuzzy sets (PDPHFSs) utilized represent DMs’ evaluation information, can express information comprehensively. Then, an attributes’ weights determination method proposed handle MAGDM unknown information. Afterwards, we extend classical projection into PDPHFSs introduce novel its detailed calculation illustrated. Finally, applied show effectiveness. Comparison analysis conducted advantages method.
